The first thing that you must know about teaching as a profession is that teaching is about inspiring and motivatingstudents to realize and exceed their potentials. The greatest teachers of all time have devoted their lives to inspiring and empowering their students to achieve great things and be good human beings.
Teachers ask questions and help students find answers. Yet, learning doesn't just mean finding the right answer, but also creating the path to the answer. Learning at each step is the real sign of progress. Also, memories fade over time and lessons are forgotten, but experiences shape a human being and leave a lasting impression. Teachers have the privilege of guiding the first experiences and discoveries.
In the face of disrespect, bad behavior and lack of enthusiasm from students, the teachers are the believers. They see the light at the end of the tunnel and take it step by step, truly the greatest act of optimism. Learning can start in the classroom, but it certainly doesn't end there. The teachers prepare the signs of the road ahead, which is life itself. They inspire students to learn wherever life takes them.
Teachers
give us designers, directors, astronauts, architects and contractors. Without the
teachers, we wouldn't have the Eiffel Tower, or the Internet. Ultimately, it's
the teachers who have greatest superpower: creating superheroes. To sum up, knowledge empowers
leaders, stimulates discovery and inspires discovery. With each step taken,
goals are set beyond the horizon, bringing hope and peace to the journey that
awaits us.
