Changing Habits

 People need to change their habits to save their health, whether they they want to quit smoking, eat better or take some other habit breaking or habit making. Starting a new habit means to start a new date to change and put rules to your new life. If your goal is weight loss for example, you should eat better and improve physical fitness. Some people use the treadmill in a wrong way, that may tend to physical injury or sometimes to stop using the treadmill. To success in your new habits, you should carry an index card that reflect in a good way on your life. If you want to stop smoking, get ride of every kind of smoking and the things that related to it, then save money and buy another things that are better for your health. To sum up, set a goal and don't give up until you achieve it, and if you success in your new habits, you should keep down on your schedule.

  4. Al right. For me, incorporating, positive lifestyles could help you avoid significant health issues such as overweight and diabetes. Healthy diet and daily regular exercise are two new habits that may assist you lose weight and produce energy. If you persist with these modifications ever since, they becomes a component of your regular routine.

  5. It's not easy at all to get rid of an old habit specially if it is a bad one.. the best thing to get rid of these habits as you said is the WILL... if some one does not has this WIll he could never get rid of his habit
